1. Curriculum vitae
Please upload a current curriculum vitae, including a passport-size photograph.
2. Copy of passport
Please upload a copy of your passport.
3. Proof of proficiency in English
Applicants whose first language is not English must provide proof of English proficiency. Accepted certificates include Cambridge English Qualification, IELTS, TOEFL iBT, NULTE, UNIcert and PTE Academic. The certificate must not be more than three years old at the time of application. University confirmation letters stating that previous studies were taught in English are not accepted.

4. Official academic transcripts
Please upload official transcripts from all universities attended. Transcripts must include the university’s grading system, including the minimum passing grade as well as the highest possible grade. If this information is not included in the transcript, please upload an official grading scale separately. Documents not issued in German or English must be translated and notarised.
5. Academic diplomas / degree certificates
Please upload your Bachelor’s degree certificate and certificates for any further degrees, if applicable. Documents not issued in German or English must be translated and notarised.
6. Master Declaration Form
Please fill in and upload the Master Declaration Form. If you have started or completed a Master’s degree programme, please also upload the corresponding transcripts and degree certificates.
7. Letter of motivation
Please explain why you are applying for the M.Sc. Crop Protection, how your academic background relates to the programme, and how the programme fits your academic or professional goals. There are no formal requirements for the letter of motivation, but it should not exceed 2 pages.
8. Additional documents
Optional: You may upload further documents relevant for the evaluation of your application, such as references, certificates of professional experience, internships, practical training or additional academic qualifications.
9. Special requirements for EU/EEA applicants without completed B.Sc. degree
EU/EEA applicants who have not yet completed their Bachelor’s degree at the time of application must provide proof of at least 150 ECTS credits. The final Bachelor’s certificate must be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 15 November of the year of admission.
10. Special requirements for applicants from China, India, Mongolia and Vietnam
Applicants from China, India, Mongolia and Vietnam must submit APS-proven academic transcripts and degree certificates.
